So I don't want to brag and crow about how I got my copy of Rebirth a couple of days early, but... Who am I kidding, I absolutely want to do that! :D Although I was on the verge of thinking that it wouldn't show until today (which, y'know, still great, still early!) when I got a knock on the door at 7.45. PM, you understand. Who's still doing deliveries at that time???

Anyway, I've played through the first chapter and I'm wandering around Kalm getting hooked on Queen's Blood. It is, of course, wonderful and amazing, and I'm enjoying every minute of it, but... Wow, Square didn't learn their lesson from Remake, did they? I'm playing on graphics mode, and while there's times it's breathtakingly beautiful, there's others where... Uh, hopefully there'll be a patch to fix some of the lighting. And the pop in.

Minor bugbear though, I'll cope. ;)

Cultural "huh, that's different" blink moment: we commonly get deliveries as late as 10pm, lol.

Really? I think this might actually be the latest I've had a package delivered - our postmen don't like working evenings. ;)

Ah, yeah, the postal service is done by like 5pm, but private shipping (Amazon, FedEx, UPS) might go as late as 9 or 10.
